Returns Policy

Our returns policy is that if you are not satisfied with the shoes, they don't fit or are unsuitable for the purpose for which you chose them, then we will willingly take them back and refund / exchange them for you - whichever you prefer.

It may not be possible to exchange faulty or incorrect sized shoes for the same model although we will try to do so. Any shoes that are returned for an exchange should reach us in a saleable condition, which means in the same condition in which they were sold.

We just ask that, where possible, they are unworn and you return them at your earliest convenience, which must be within 14 days.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU CHECK YOUR CORRECT SIZE WHEN PLACING AN ORDER.
